A preliminary project for the demolition and reconstruction of a residential building in alpine style, featuring seven contemporary apartments across two connected structures.
This preliminary project envisions the demolition and reconstruction of an existing building, resulting in two main volumes connected by a central link, housing a total of seven residential units.
The traditional Alpine house is reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, using classic materials such as wood and stone while introducing clean, linear volumes to enhance natural light and maximize window openings. The façades are articulated horizontally by terraces and vertically by wooden pillars, metal railings, and privacy screens, effectively minimizing visual interference between neighboring units.
