In 2020, the appearance and overall design of Hotel Turmchalet were fully reimagined and modernized into a timeless architectural concept. The main building was extended vertically, with the roof reoriented toward the main façade. Additionally, the annex facing the Dürnstein was expanded to include a rooftop terrace and a winter garden.

Key highlights of the project are the three existing towers—namesake elements of the hotel—which now serve as prominent architectural features. One of these includes an elevated wooden structure housing a Jacuzzi, enhancing the hotel's distinctive silhouette.

A complete redesign of both the façade and interior further reinforces the hotel’s unique character. Every interior detail has been carefully considered, with a color palette inspired by the nearby Lake Prags (Pragser Wildsee), creating a cohesive and elegant atmosphere that makes a strong visual statement.
