The Nancy’s project involves the new construction, renovation, and expansion of an existing hospitality complex, along with the complete redesign of the lobby and interiors. The intervention includes the following key elements:
New Construction: Four newly built "hidden chalets" near the river, designed to blend into the landscape. From the entrance, they appear as gentle green hills. Inside, fully glazed façades open toward the surrounding nature, placing guests in complete tranquility between the forest and the river—where urban noise fades into the water’s flow. Each chalet is a self-contained studio with a kitchenette, dining area, fireplace lounge, bed, wardrobe, desk, and bathroom with an infrared sauna offering panoramic views. The private terrace features seating, lounge chairs, a barbecue, and a hot tub. Landscape design, lighting, and audio systems are as meticulously curated as the interiors.
Main Building Renovation and Expansion: The basement of the main structure now includes an indoor-outdoor swimming pool with relaxation zones (indoor and terrace), a fitness area, restrooms, and a bike storage room with separate access. The exterior of the large existing building was painted in forest green to blend with the natural surroundings. The project embraces the philosophy “Green is the new black,” reflecting a more sustainable, mindful lifestyle.
Lobby Redesign: The double-height atrium has been revitalized with bold patterned tiles, custom furniture, greenery, and updated lighting—transforming it into an elegant, timeless space where guests are invited to linger.
Canadian Chalet Upgrades: Existing chalets were refreshed with new textiles, selected furniture pieces, lighting, and wallpaper, enhancing comfort and visual harmony.
Vacation Apartments (Preparation for Future Phase): As a first step toward more extensive renovations, the existing holiday apartments were updated with vibrant wall colors, patterned wallpapers, and selective furniture and lighting replacements, all in green hues to echo the overall design language of the project.
