Penthouse Proposal

Brunico
A refined family residence in the heart of the Alps that celebrates material warmth, spatial clarity, and the joy of everyday rituals, designed for a wine lover and a family of four.

This Alpine penthouse is a quiet celebration of domestic life, an elevated home for a family with two children and a deep appreciation for design and wine culture. The project reflects Sasinkova’s ethos: to create calm, timeless spaces that are as intuitive as they are beautiful.

At the core is a generous open-plan living space, anchored by a sculptural marble island that links kitchen, dining, and lounge. It’s not just a circulation point, but a surface for daily rhythms, conversation, and gathering. The material palette is rich yet restrained: dark wood laid in herringbone, natural stone, soft textiles. Together they offer tactility, structure, and warmth. The dining room, with its inviting upholstered seating and statement chandelier, sets the tone for shared rituals. In the master suite, a freestanding tub and walk-in wardrobe echo the architecture’s commitment to calm, layered luxury.
Children’s rooms are spacious and softly playful, shaped to grow with the family.

A dedicated wine cellar becomes a personal sanctuary, climate-controlled, beautifully lit, and designed to display the homeowner’s curated collection. Framed views of the Alpine landscape fill the rooms with natural light, connecting interior life with the rhythms of nature. The result is a home that reflects the values of Sasinkova Architecture: authentic, crafted, quiet. but emotionally alive.
