A spacious family villa composed of two symmetrical volumes, blending seamlessly into the village landscape of Niederdorf.
This generous family villa, developed as a design proposal by the studio, is divided into two separate yet symmetrical volumes. Connected by a glazed staircase core, the split layout visually reduces the overall building mass.
Through the use of natural materials such as wood and stone, along with the carefully selected roof form, the project integrates harmoniously into the rural character of Niederdorf. Design highlights include an open fireplace at the heart of the home and a hidden rooftop terrace accessed via a spiral staircase.
