This residential study proposes a mixed-use development in the village center of Niederdorf, featuring five housing units and a two-story seminar center. The project is composed of two interconnected volumes situated directly along the Rienz River.
The architecture blends traditional and contemporary elements through a thoughtful mix of glass and wood, as well as the combination of gabled and flat roofs. The resulting design reflects both openness and warmth, harmonizing with the village scale while addressing modern functional needs.
