This project presents a comprehensive design strategy for the expansion of Hotel S in the heart of Innichen. Responding to the fragmented appearance caused by past extensions, the proposal introduces a cohesive and recognizable architectural language that brings unity and clarity to the structure. Key interventions include a redesigned entrance, reception, and lobby, an enlarged dining area with reconfigured buffet and breakfast zones, and enhanced outdoor seating. A new wellness area featuring an indoor-outdoor pool is introduced in the extended basement. Additionally, the project adds nine new guest rooms—including three suites—with diverse interior design concepts. The expansion also improves infrastructure with an extended garage and more parking spaces, elevating the overall guest experience.
