The conceptual study for the renovation and expansion of Hotel Reichegger proposes a structural extension, featuring an L-shaped addition extending southward. This new wing houses the wellness area along with most of the restaurant and bar spaces.

In contrast to the contemporary addition, the original hotel building retains its distinctive gabled roof, preserving its traditional alpine character. The concept is tied together through a quiet yet striking façade design that balances modernity with a sense of place.
