The project involves the demolition of the existing small building and the construction of a new volume positioned orthogonally to the original. Oriented along the natural slope of the terrain, the new design maximizes the allowable building volume and introduces spacious terraces for outdoor service, effectively increasing the bar’s capacity.

Given the owners’ background in fashion, the interior features a long bar counter designed as a runway, visually and functionally connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces. All technical and service areas are housed in the underground levels to keep the main space open and clean.
